Scope of work: Fabrication, transportation, erection and commissioning of Metering Skid to measure gas flow before loading into storage tanks of LNG Terminal.

System Description:

Gas Metering Skid is a measurement solution that can measure both the volume and quality of LNG gas.

Le Duong performed the complete fabrication of the Metering Skid with full instrumentation, gas chromatograph and analyzer, flowmeter computer, measurement control cabinet and all monitoring and validation software. Measuring systems designed as a master mode configuration allow periodic verification of functional meters against the master meter. 

In addition, two ultrasonic flowmeters use a different path arrangement common in gas systems, to provide continuous cross-check between the two flow measurements. In both cases, the diagnostic features of the flowmeter are used to ensure maximum performance and minimum measurement uncertainty.
